A beautiful, if cold, Spring morning...

The walk down to the bus...

...into Charlotte Square...

The walk to FOPP (no purchases)...

The trip home...

Meanwhile, the Exec Producer progressed the possibility of my art being exhibited later this year...

A call from sister Pam around 7 re her first day of chemo and radiotherapy...

She sounded in good spirits...

All seemed to have gone well – radiotherapy, no problem, chemo tablet taken along with anti nausea medication, no problem...

Seemed to be working until - on the hospital bus home, “driver can you stop, I think I’m going to be si...”

Sick everywhere apparently – up the window of the bus, all over her coat, scarf, trousers etc etc...

Sick another twice on the bus – the second and third instances more controlled due to forewarning...

Back home, more sickness...

Eight bouts by the time she spoke with me – though we were howling with laughter to be honest at the story of the bus...

Two of her fellow passengers were blind so, thankfully, couldn't see the mess Pam was in...

Her anti-sick medication will be changed tomorrow – it might even be that that made her ill today - the main thing though, is she’s over the first day and has her plan for the next six weeks, then they take it from there...

Later on, managed to reduce the pile of classical CDs next to the computer somewhat in a frenzy of ripping – with tonight’s “Glee” breaking up the work...

Some Philip Glass, some updating of this...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Pam through her first day’s treatment...
