As she approaches the end of the second of six weeks’ intensive radio and Chemotherapy, an e-mail from sister Pam today advised better times re her hospital transport but that fatigue is now starting to evidence itself re the chemo...

She remains upbeat and positive, if a little tired...

Makes all this drivel seem like drivel really...

As did the problems faced by people around the globe (mainly Africa) highlighted on tonight’s “Red Nose Day” telethon – and of course, not mentioned here thus far, the shocking events in Japan and, prior to that the earthquake in Christchurch and the floods in Eastern Australia...

Is it the end of the world?

No...

Back here in Crispycat Land, it was what can be termed as a “nice” day...

Both in the morning...

...and in the evening...

Another new CD arrived from e-bay – beautiful singing By Emma Kirkby of music from the 16th to 18th centuries...

Other than appreciating the life I lead, with the Exec Producer and Meg the Black Cat, I didn’t do much...

I listened to some music...

I watched TV, the aforementioned charity stuff (much of which you would pay them just not to show) plus a live “Law & Order”...

And I made a start to a possible new CBQ song – no words, just some chord sequences...

Yesterday’s unmentioned items, “Junior Doctors” on TV and I brought the Crispycat site up to date...

Highlight of the Day : Appreciating just how easy I have it...
