This evening, with Annie out at Zumba, I was in charge of cooking, concocting a fiery pasta dish...

 

I soundtracked the exercise with the Capital Models Anthology in celebration of the fact that, 31 years ago tonight, Annie and I first stepped out together following a gig by said band...

 

Count Brodski visited to pick up the discs I burned post our night out on Friday - sadly not accompanied by the lovely Penny due to an unknown illness to be investigated - our love goes out...

 

Brodders stayed and chatted for a good three hours - entertaining me with his music thoughts and Annie with his football thoughts...
