Up at 6...
...and listening to the masters sent over from Atlanta by Robert Scott Thompson for our collaborative LP, "Forgotten Snow"...
Very good indeed...
Then, did my own masters - not too much difference...
And, the process I used to create the two tracks lends itself nicely to a mere reversal (a la "Disquietmusik") and, so, two further masters created to be added as bonuses to the album when it's released mid-March...
Then, after the results of yesterday's loading of music into the Samsung phone, took the card out to transfer directly instead...
...and that, plus further loading into the iPhone took up a chunk of the day...
Thought I might recreate some of these cassettes I made up in the 1970's...
...but did not get round to making a start - something for the future...
Work with the card done and some listening via the new machine in the back room...
Of course 171 of the 8,000 odd tracks did not come through due to having the same title as another - e.g. on playing the new version of "Muscle of Love" the title track was missing as it was already in there on an Alice Cooper comp...
Frustrating...
Before I knew it, it was teatime and a tasty chili from Annie...
Oh, also this afternoon, I tidied up the box sets top shelf...
That's better...
Tonight, out...
...and back, to a visit from a Dreamie seeking Fang...
I did not mention that the other day he pee'd on the back of our telly table and so, is currently banned from the house, hence Dreamie provision taking place on the back step...
