The commencement of a rehearsal with the band in my headphones...
Then, took Anne along to her mum's, from where, later, she would set off for a meet up with old colleague Chris with a Ch for some tasty Tuk Tuk fayre following my own Mowgli scenario last night...
Back home, the rehearsal continued to its conclusion - 2.25 hours of fun all told...
It was followed by a tasty lunch of whitefish and smoked salmon with creme fraiche and peas tagliatelle...

An episode of a new thing, "Obliterated"...
Then over to Loanhead to pick up a few things from my mum's house and a look through her post...
...before heading to the hospital to find a fairly depressed old lady but it's going to be a long hard slog to get her back to her chair at home...

Loads of great tasty nosh and, quite possibly, a little too much to drink...
A call eventually and word of having gone over on her recently healed ankle at the very end of a top afternoon/evening out...
On pick up, she could hardly walk...
Home for some painkillers and "Strictly" and the highlights of Hearts winning 1-0 away at Kilmarnock...
Queens lost 5-0 away at Hamilton...
Just as well it's only a game...
