Late rising today...
...but only because I was listening to the last two Alice Cooper albums, as I snoozed before emerging into the day...
Post breakfast, Anne was off doing some shopping and I took the opportunity to do some more CD sorting out...
During the day, I came a cross a tweet re someone choosing their top 10 jazz albums of 2023 but, not only that, they'd contacted the 10 artists and, in turn, got them to name their best of 2023, with sometimes two or even three titles being nominated by an artist...
As noted in the pic below, quite a lot of new jazz entered the collection today...
And some more Tangerine Dream shaped holes were filled...
Also, finally made a start on my article on Nantes...
Soon it was late afternoon and getting dark as we head towards the shortest day of the year...
Yet another tasty tea from Anne, prawn and chorizo pasta with creme fraiche, accompanied "Strictly: It Takes Two"...
We also enjoyed two films this evening, "Chalet Girl" which very much entertained and "Leo" - about a talking school pet lizard, which was superb...
And more Xmas stuff is lining up for the coming days...
And so to bed around midnight...
Highlight of the Day : "Leo"...
