Up just after six and a busy day...

...soundtracked mostly by the year 2000...

But, first, breakfast...

Later, Anne was off out for a long, leisurely lunch with sister Jane today at a Spanish restaurant, trying their best to make up for the fact that the two of them ought to have been in Malaga this week on a well-earned holiday...

Left to my own devices, a veggie burger was the order of the day lunchwise...

...along with a very tasty new discovery, 0% fat Skyr yoghurt...

Yum...

No real tea tonight re over indulgence during the day and more "Better Call Saul", "Holby City" - which is to end next March (while, for some reason, "Casualty" continues) - and a documentary on Scotland's last major tournament finals in France in 1998 were all enjoyed...

Ended the day working on three reasonably new additions to the Capital Models repertoire, "Heroes", "The Number One Song in Heaven" and "Ashes to Ashes", painstakingly working out what notes were played in particular parts of the original arrangements...

That was it I think - it was only last night, I ought to be able to remember...
