Another day...

Here we go...

Filing remains to be done...

The cat is gradually filling up with money again, though we haven't yet deposited the last content, removed a couple of months a go now...

First thing, a wee bit work on "Ashes to Ashes"...

...and listening back again to Sunday...

Breakfast...

...followed by a frustrating day of working on my phone as I was locked out of my system re WFH...

Cheered though by the arrival of these wee beauties...

..and by an e-mail received from Vinyl on Demand Records' head honcho, Frank Meier, with his long list selection of tracks from which the final content of two double LPs to be included in a 12LP box set, will be chosen...

I compiled an initial playlist and started listening - a trip down memory lane, starting 41 years ago...

Lunch was enjoyed with a "Better Call Saul"...

Outside, there was much racket from a wee squirrel clinging to the wall and shouting about something, which remained invisible to me...

Finally, I accessed my system to WFH and finished just after six to enjoy Anne's Spaghetti Bolognese and another "Better Call Saul" - into season two..

Later this evening, another e-mail from Frank, with the final, late period, choices, ending up with a playlist of just under 100 pieces, lasting eight and a quarter hours - 2 double LPs will probably contain 2 hours forty minutes so there's some whittling to be done...

Here are the cassettes involved...

Now I need to send him the WAV files and he'll have them all mastered and there'll be further listening back sessions to make the final choices...

It seems it will be another year at least until the box is released...

...by which time, it'll be three years since Frank first contacted me asking if he could do this...

So, a year or so to go...

But I certainly don't mind...

Ended the day with just one more "Better Call Saul"...

Highlight of the Day : LP project progress...
