Up early for a day of much ripping and listening following on from yesterday's presents...

...and compiling of the final podcast of 2019, which will comprise tracks from records received as Xmas presents from 1973 to 2019...

I did this too two years ago but, when I checked back, this year I have only repeated a couple of LPs and none of the tracks...

So that's good...

In the afternoon, I watched an old documentary on Genesis while Anne was out watching Hearts lose to Hibernian 2-0...

This, however, didn't put a dampener on this evening's entertainment, which was taking my mum to her local Indian restaurant, the Radhuni, for a slap up Boxing Day dinner...

Mum likes the big crisps and the mango chutney...

...while Anne and I also had somethings we liked, chicken tikka and fiery squid...

The mains - Lamb Jalfrezi for Anne, Lamb Rezala for me and Chicken Korma for mum ("I'll have a Chicken Korma but I don't want a curry")...

Mum seemed shocked to be getting rice as well...

All very enjoyable and good chat too...

Unable to finish her main, with the rest taken home for lunch tomorrow, she did, of course, still manage to scoff a big ice-cream based pudding (coffees for her companions)...

Oh yes, mum likes a pudding...

All in all, a successful evening out...

Mum delivered back to her home, we drove back to ours, watched some TV and then called it a night...
