A lovely morning and the Japanese Anemones are looking good...

Meanwhile, inside, finalising my stupid list of acts who, allegedly, released a cracking debut LP and followed it with nine of the same crackingness...

...to which, later today, I added Françoise Hardy...

Here are the debuts in question which, if not actually "crackers" would mean the artist(s) in question would fall at the first hurdle...

Makes a nice playlist though...

Added stuff to the Twitter and the Facebook re Saturday's performance...

Roslin Fun Day...

There will be cake...

...ice cream...

..and some elderly gentlemen blasting out some top tunes...

Out for breakfast around 10 - over to Lasswade and The Paper Mill...

A nice ambience...

...and good views...

Varied menu...

...and lovely coffee...

The wait...

...was worth it...

Home via a visit to the new big Lidl - as might be expected, your corresponded added stuff to the basket that, quite honestly, ought not really to have been added to the basket...

Back home this had arrived - I thought I had ordered a double CD with 42 tracks, this is a single CD with just 18, albeit tasty, tracks...

Was on the brink of complaining when I realised I had indeed ordered the 18 track version and that the cheapest 2nd hand copy of the 2CD set was over £70 - oh well...

A run through the set for Saturday, instrumentally...

Excellent Beef Stroganoff from the EP while "Cuckoo", "Big Bang" and the very welcome return of "Upstart Crow" were enjoyed...

Some boxes brought from the attic with a view to perhaps changing stuff in the back room but nothing achieved other than making a big unpictured mess...

Back to #Yesathon late on with the excellent "Talk"...

...and musch better than I remembered "Keys to Ascension"...

Today's artwork, "The View Across the Patio"...

Highlight of the Day : Breakfast out...
