Awake super early and four of yesterday's five Chic albums started the day, before uploading this week's podcast...

To the gym with the EP...

Home for breakfast and Fang and Tiger made their way into the house...

Some work on Anne's favourite music...

Then, your correspondent undertook some singing of songs that have not been sung for a goodly number of years...

Around 2, we headed to Anne's mum's for those two to visit Tynecastle (another draw - 0-0 v Hamilton with some measure of controversy involved)...

And so, we had to eject the cats...

Tiger tried to get back in...

After dropping the ladies closer to the stadium, I headed to Loanhead to visit my mum for an hour or so...

She asked if I was putting on weight - this despite my telling her of my gym visits...

She believed my negative answer - I think...

She has, at last, received a date for her test to see if she can drive again - but don't say I said, as she wants to keep it secret...

Home and some more singing of songs that have not been sung for a goodly number of years...

Then to pick Anne up and bring her home...

She cooked a superb veggie curry which we enjoyed whilst watching this week's "Strictly"...

Later on, some ensuring that classical box sets are ripped to my iTunes...

To bed post midnight, with Klaus Schulze...

Highlight of the Day : The cats...
