Started listening back to my own music today...

No doubt that will peter out...

And, yes, it did...

Tweets on the Twitter led me instead to listen to Lou Reed (good) and then the Beach Boys (never understood how anyone could attach any real artistic importance to their output)...

Further ripping of compilations...

Then, further Lou Reed, comparing and contrasting different live versions of "Sweet Jane"...

Searching for all versions on my iTunes led me to listen to that recorded at one of the reformation sessions by Capital Models in 2011 - we played it off the cuff but the musicking of Angus, Jamie and Keith was right on the button and it's one of my favourite recordings of all the recordings I've made...

Alas, treading the boards with the fully reformed line up wasn't to be...

And now, can't be...

"Holby" rounded off the day nicely, with a happy ending  for once re Oliver and Zosia...

Highlight of the Day :  A track from 5 years ago...
