The lurgi well and truly kicked in today but I was determined not to allow them to ruin Xmas...
A goodly amount of the day was spent watching these...
"Bad Santa", we had not seen for a few years and remains an occasional Xmas fave - the Muppets was pretty bad and only served to remind me how ill I was feeling...
However, the ballet was astounding - it has sat next to the TV, still in its cellophane wrapper, since last Xmas - top notch...
And "A Late Quartet" was a quality film indeed, even managing to bring a tear to the eye of Mr CBQ, along with a renewed interest in Beethoven's Opus 131...
Elsewhere, final prepping and wrapping of Anne's presents for tomorrow...
Not too late to bed, all things considered and another Xmas Day to look forward to...
Highlight of the day : One more sleep till Xmas, even if it would, inevitably, be interrupted by coughing and throat pain...
