Seven in the morning seems to be a good time these days for good skies...

In the evening too, the skies were good, although, by now, it was clouds drifting by rather than reflecting the sun...

Downloading of new music again tonight - new soundscapes and ambience from Loscil - by whom an album was purchased just over a year ago on the way to Toronto airport for our flight home...

While researching possible further entertainment over and above ballet at Sadlers Wells, Laura Pausini at the Hammersmith Apollo and a string quartet at Wigmore Hall to be enjoyed on an upcoming trip to that London, I ended up downloading a set of improvisations by Japanese pianist Eiko Ishibashi and drummer Tatsuhisa Yamamoto, recorded here a couple of years ago...

They will be at Cafe Oto on the Sunday night so, you never know...

Then, stumbled across some excellent, presumably unofficial, remixes of the music of David Sylvian (although some do appear to be praised on DavidSylvian.net) - mostly using just his vocal tracks, with new, more easily accessible music added - by one Modesto Muñiz...

A nice find...

And now, downstairs for the second episode of "Damned"...

...and the best episode of "Holby" for a while...

Highlight of the Day : Chance discoveries...
