Breakfast at home...

Down the hill to the bus...

Weetabix for breakfast, salad for lunch - it needs to be the way...

Excellent news from Dr Prog - he will be released back into the wild today and tests have shown that, while he does indeed have a heart problem, he has not, it seems, had a heart attack per se...

Likely though to be on meds for the rest of his days...

Home under the sun...

For some listening at the standing desk, to which I am becoming accustomed...

Much Twittering (or Twattering as some might call it) this evening re all the new discs acquired over the weekend...

A very moving "Holby" rounded off the day...

The writers have done a sterling job re Diggers, though, of course, they created the situation...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Dr Prog back at Prog Towers
