Listening choices today from my "albums of the year" throughout the decades...

Which was good...

Weather was less good earlier on but, by the time we were approaching our rendezvous for tonight's outing, it was looking good...

A meet up of the old chums, coincidentally on the birthday of much missed musicking chum Jamie Frain, to whom a few glasses were raised...

Guitarist and schoolchum Gus and schoolchum Sandra...

Drummer (and soon to be bassist) Keith and Keyboardist Paul - I hope to musick with both soon...

Bassist George, Drummer (and comedian) Jim and Exec Producer Anne...

The one I've probably known the longest, schoolchum Lesley...

An excellent night of bantering and reminiscing...

...as we moved into Jim's birthday tomorrow...

Your correspondent was somewhat the worse for wear by the time the night concluded...

The Exec Producer was, sensibly, abstaining due to a lunch engagement tomorrow...

It was brilliant see some of our longest standing chums again and catch up, as we all edge ever closer to our sixties...

While Jamie will remain 51...

A great night...

Highlight of the Day : A Capital Models/Pure Bears night out...
