Cold crisp morning...
Lunch at home with the Exec Producer then, inspired by listening to myself during my journeys to and from Edinburgh this morning, ran through a wee 11 song set on the old geetar...
Then picked up a book I've read before and started re-reading...
...which argues that the Beatles are rubbish and vastly over-rated...
The writer does make some excellent points and, when you juxtapose the "fab" four's music with the best of Tamla Motown or Springsteen's "Born to Run", the weaknesses do shine through..
However, I still opine The Band to be pish...
Over to Dunfermline in the evening to meet up with Anne, Chris and Ferret for drinks at the "Seven Kings" and an excellent Indian at "The Viceroy"...
....followed by more drinks at "The Wee Creepy"...
Soundtracked on the way there and the way back by the new CBQ track - which went down well with Messrs Chris and Fez...
Back home, some surfing and bed...
A strange day...
