On the jukebox, I’ve compiled top ten tracks by 72 of my favourites to give a 720 track playlist, which I enjoyed on shuffleplay mode...

Managed to fulfil some orders for the new CD including a wee walk along to comedian Jim Park’s flat to put one through his letterbox – listened to the album as I walked along and it still sounds pretty good...

Back home Anne was preparing for tonight’s visit from her brother an sister and their repective partners for the second in what will hopefully be an ongoing series of wine tasting nights at Crispycat Towers...

Here she is taking a well-earned rest whilst awaiting their arrival...

I was under instruction that only Italian music should be played tonight – so this comprised Laura Pausini and various classical composers with a little bit of PFM thrown in for good measure...

The wine, all of Italian origin, flowed in abundance (here's the debris)...

....while Anne’s lovely selection of anti-pasti and her home-made lasagne went down a treat...

The sweet comprised a very tasty chocolate tart with fresh cream and was followed by lashings of coffee, chocolate mints and even more wine...

Jane and Bobby left just after 11 to get home to their kids, while Keith and Maureen departed around an hour and a half later. I compiled a quick T Rex' greatest hits CD for Maureen before they left...

I think I can safely say a good time was had by all...

Highlight of the Day : Wine drinking evening...
