Breakfast, with paint...
Ross the Decorator arrived for his last day. Today? Wood paining, including doors...
Good chat while we both worked - him on meaningful "paid" stuff which is required, me on stupid "unpaid" stuff that is not really required...
At 11, with everything done, I drove over to Stockbridge and parked on Waitrose's roof...
Went a bit OTT in Oxfam but, you know, my State Pension arrived this morning so, it's only my old National Insurance I'm "investing" (£21 of it) in these...
The Tubes reissue of their “Wild West Show” single CD is a 2CD set of the whole 2 hour show plus the DVD of the entire concert...

Good to finally get the Heep’s “Outsider” on CD...

...and a 2CD comp of prog and prog-like stuff…

Good haul...
A further mooch around produced no further discoveries...
Home, for lunch and to rip and listen (and watch)...
Just after 1, Ross was finished...
Great job...
...and off he went in his van...
The afternoon was spent watching The Tubes (2 hours of top entertainment), then, listening listening to Uriah Heep and compiling a "Beginnings" collection - every opening track from every studio LP, and some "prog rock"...
At six, over to the Bayleaf for a takeaway of chops and pakoras, a Karahi Chicken, a rice and a naan...
Even though there was only one main, their portions are so generous, it was just too much...
In the evening, enjoyed the new Uriah Heep comp...
...had a visit from Fang...
..and enjoyed a very funny episode of "Taskmaster"...
...then rounded off the day with a "Bones"...
Now that's what I call a Friday..
