A new thing, as I tried to create "Variations on Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the Moon""...
Not at all sure...
While Anne was out dealing with her mum, I brought the hi-fi back down from the attic to the back room...
But into a new position and, at present, without the third speaker...
This very good Talk Talk related 2CD set arrived and was enjoyed on the "new" set up...
...as were Eno...
...and Coltrane...
...before I set off...
...for, quite possibly, the last ever game for these trainers, as the right sole is kind of hanging off...
After last week's triumphant performance, this week was, almost inevitably, a let down...
I was stuck in goal for all but around 5 minutes of the game and, despite making numerous saves and stopping numerous certain goals, and despite the "darks" also having gone 2-0 up "early doors", we were thrashed 9-3...
Oh well, not to worry - I will be back next week and try not to go in goals...
Back home for a salmon based tea and two more "Hapless"...
To close the day, as Anne enjoyed the final of "The Great British Sewing Bee", I enjoyed this on the cans...
And, today, Donald the Painter made a start on the kitchen by sanding and sorting out and priming...
He will return tomorrow...
Which is good...
