Anne was off to watch Hearts unexpectedly draw 1-1 with Scotland's newest club...

Meanwhile, on my way back from giving her a lift there, I had to buy some rolls for my mum so, of course, popped into the big Cancer Research outlet nearby and nabbed these for just 50 of your New Pence each...

...before heading out to visit said mum - who was ok, despite having had a turn at the dentist the other day...

She banged on about how it was probably the fact that he'd put the chair back upright too quickly - despite the fact that she'd had a huge does of anaesthetic re four fillings...

Anyway, all in all, still ok for nearly 89 and a quarter...

This was my shirt today, which soon to be niece in law Arianne reckoned looked like wallpaper...

We were out for what turned out to be, for me anyway, one of the strangest pizzas I've ever had...

But a good time was had despite that...

...and we set up a family WhatsApp group where everyone can post pics in a, probably vain, attempt to have them included in Mary's Annual Calendar for 2020...

I had some cake...

...which was extremely good...

Home for more "work" and Anne watching "Strictly" results and then no doubt we watched something or other on the Tivo...
