Up at 7...

The stuff awaits for tomorrow's practice...

Posted up my podcast and enjoyed a big coffee...

First play of the day...

Spent some time downloading a vinyl rip of "The World of Your Hundred Best Tunes : The Top Ten" and gave it a listen after splitting up the tracks-notwithstanding the snap crackle and pop of a very old record, it contains my favourite ever performances of "Moonlight Sonata", "Finlandia" and "Nimrod"...

Nice...

If a bit scratchy...

This pic sent to a Twitter chum looking for pictures of a disc by this composer, with a writing implement included...

Played through around 15 songs for tomorrow...

Went with the EP to Gifford in East Lothian, to the Goblin' Ha for lunch...

The reason for this visit is that there's a person out there with my name but whose loyalty points were being credited to my e-mail address, which the hotel must've taken from me a few years ago - we're hardly ever there..

Anyway, the credit now sat at £150 so I thought I'd better sort it out - I left this note for the other David Reilly...

I am now David Reilly 2 and the other guy is David Reilly 1 – and we got 2 free cups of coffee for our trouble...

Then we took a table for lunch...

We had to pay hard cash for that though - but it was the tastiest steak sandwich w/ chips and onion rings ever...

So no tea require this evening...

 Yum!

A lovely wee place...

To my mum in Loanhead on the way back...

She reckoned I was too close re this shot...

I'm the photographer mum, I'll decide...

In the evening, rehearsed more music and sorted out the equipment, watched TV and scrubbed all the music off my phone and started reloading it...

As you do...

Went to bed about 1am after supervising the initial loading of music and then leaving it running...

Hihglight of the Day : Tasty lunch with the EP...
