...and a longer than we probably expected trip back to Berlin...

...involving a change onto the S Bahn at a point which was actually further from Berlin than where we'd started from in the woods......

We were soon back though, and walked past our first Berlin "home" from 2012, Gleimstrasse...

It was, of course, time for Coffee and Cake...

...or, rather, hot chocolate and cake...

...followed by a further walk in the cold down to our 2018 accommodation...

...for some down time...

..and looking at acquisitions...

Then, back out...

...to Kastanienallee - our fave beer garden is closed for the winter...

We ended at Pizza Loona...

My pizza was, of course, extremely close to the camera...

Yum...

Out in search of a nice wee pub...

But nice wee pubs in Berlin tend to be smoking establishments...

A good constitutional then, ending up walking through the Kunstbrauerei... 

...and back at trusty stalwart An einem Sonntag im August (which, thankfully, has a separate smoking room)...
