...before finally reaching our goal of Potsdam...

...in the best Cheesecake shop in the world...ever...Cafe Guam...
...near to which yet another record shop was found and this Spanish edition of an early Laura Pausini LP was snapped up for a Euro...
...before we took a bus out to Park Sanssouci...
...for some sightseeing and walking about...
It's a mile or so walk from the impressive Neues Palais...
...and back to Morgenrot for drinks...
Along Kastanien Alle and home...
Today, we did not hire a bike...
...but we did have porridge for breakfast this morning...
...this, the best porridge in the world...ever...
Throughout our stay, I recorded some of the sounds of Berlin for future use...
..including the internal goings on at Haferkater...

...the station featuring pictures from Roger Waters' performance of "The Wall" here back in 1990 just after the fall of the actual wall, which ran through the Platz itself...

A quick visit to here, resulted in...

... for a Euro each and two stupidly heavy art books for three Euros each, finding their way into my now extremely heavy to lug about bag...
Nice views though...
...and, of course, Coffee and Cake...
...in the best Cheesecake shop in the world...ever...Cafe Guam...
...housed in one of these fine Dutch buildings...

...in a straight line through the woods to Sanssouci itself...

Back to town and onto the train...
...and back to Morgenrot for drinks...
...followed by burgers at Burgerworld...
...very good indeed burgers, unfortunately unpictured - plus more beer...

We love Berlin...
