Up early...

Podcast up and out...

...and, with Stu coming round today to run through some of the new songs, early morning listening comprised the originals, to try and get my self better acquainted with some of the proposed repertoire...

Red Books of CDs I own also brought up to date pre breakfast...

A meet at 9:30 uptown with Twitter Chum the Dancing Monk and his lovely (unpictured) wife, Mrs Monk...

This, Mr Monk in a car park somewhere on his way to Edinburgh from that Crieff...

Anyway, post the meet (and nice to meet someone in person whom I only know from The Twitter), I now have two iPod Classic 160GB (in reality only 148GB) machines...

Tasty...

On the way home, popped into Fopp and picked up the new, rocking, Uriah Heep LP...

...along with Craig Armstrong's new one...

I find his music to be very pleasing, despite its extremely simplistic and formulaic nature...

Back home, while filling up the new iPod, setting up the "new" Blu Ray player...

Some quick work too re chord sequences before Stu arrived at 2 with his new guitar...

...which is very similar to mine (but less dusty and with newer strings), seen here in situ...

We managed 10 songs...

...of a proposed and, in reality, very overambitious 25...

Some chat and coffee and cake before he headed off at five...

The evening was spent enjoying some Indian food, watching the intro to this year's "Strictly", the new assassin thing on the BBC and then, our first Blu Ray "The Lego Movie"...

To bed with Heep in the cans...

Today's artwork, "Blu-Ray V DVD"...

Highlight of the Day : New iPod and new Heep...
