The view from the office this morning...

The wee black cat thought my camera must be food...

...as I ventured out pre-breakfast, to capture the sunrise...

On the way back, more parrots were spotted...

Breakfast at the hotel, worried that I might get what others had got with regard to general under-the-weatherness...

My glasses broke and chum Raymondo provided a makeshift fix...

Our final couple of hours were spent under overcast skies...

...but I did manage to capture (on camera anyway) the parrots living at the hotel front door, before we left...

To the airport...

...and a long, reasonably boring, wait...

....until the flight was called...

We left around 40 minutes late...

This time, I was at the window, purely to enable me to bore you with the usual out-the-window-of-a-plane shots...

An uneventful flight...

...soundtracked, as was the rest of the trip, by tracks from the newly filled iPhone, with content comprising one album per year from 1959-2016...

Back to Edinburgh, slightly behind schedule...

An airport bus followed by a lift up the hill from the Exec Producer...

"Death in Paradise" and three excellent episodes of "Brooklyn 99" rounded off a tiring day...

Highlight of the Day : Getting home...
