Some shuffling listening under an attractive blue sky...
...or, even, pink sky...
...no, wait, blue sky it is...
At lunchtime, a find in the local British Heart Foundation Shop - Minilogue's 2CD set of house/ambient/improv from 2013...
I had not heard of them till I checked my phone before shelling out all of 99p...
Meanwhile, back home, a goodly number of packages had also been delivered...
This, the last into the collection of four season-based discs by ex-Bill Bruford's Earthworks keyboards man, Django Bates...
..another gap in the 35 albums between 1971 and 2008 Udo Lindenberg collection filled...
..and the Jarre input also continued with these two...
This I had as a download...
This, I once owned on some format or another -
On listening, the 45 minute title track shows Monsieur Jarre to have been a master of the ambient genre 26 years ago...
On telly, some programmes, including a new one which was "ok" and will be followed...
I don't recall names though...
Lights out...
Highlight of the Day : Yet more new (and not so new) music...

I'm getting into Vangelis just now. Although i watched a bit of a concert he fronted with the prog rock group 'Yes', the concert spectators gave it all a look rather like a happy clappy church service on a Sunday afternoon. Favourite show on TV right now is American Pickers which is on Dave or Pick TV or the History channel if you have access to it. Hope this gets through.
Reading you loud and clear Stu. I like your eclectic tastes!
