Ted Nugent - The Ultimate Ted Nugent

A walk at lunchtime involving the fulfilment of orders, ended with a visit to the local British Heart Foundation shop, where six of your English pounds were exchanged for the following haul...

Chicago's "big band" album from 1995, which, despite what you might think and my normal rule of there being no place for vocals in jazz, is actually pretty good...

McFly's 2012 best of - what was I thinking?  Well, I was thinking it's time people dropped their prejudices against an excellent power pop band and took a listen to the catchy, energetic songs of this band...

Now, where's Busted's greatest?

Yes you did see Ted Nugent hiding behind Chicago and McFly - a 2CD set of the best of his Epic years from 1975 to 1982 - a stonking rocker of a collection...

His music rocks - his views on guns and animals leave something to be desired...

Next, rockin' again, this time, with Metallica - not their best album of course, that would be "Lulu" with Lou Reed, wouldn't it?  Yes it would...

And, finally, who could resist 43 Motown Hits for just a quid?  Not me...

Issued in 1999, this is more than the usual 60's fayre and includes quite a few tracks not already in the collection - which is always good when you're buying a CD...

Home in the twilight...

...for some ripping and listening (and another entertaining episode of "Agents of Shield") while Anne was at zumba..

Tea was half of a tasty home made pizza each...

Further entertainment came in the shape of "Silent Witness" and the quite superb "Siblings" - the cameo from John-Gordon Sinclair as the siblings' dad was a masterstroke...

"Trust Me I'm a Doctor" with revelations re Olive Oil and heart disease was eye opening...

Apparently we should all take two spoonfuls of the stuff, uncooked, every day...

Yuck...

But, might be an idea...

Lights out with Ted Nugent rockin' in the cans...

Highlight of the Day : Probably Agents of Shield to be honest...
