...to HMV - where this Isaac Hayes compilation was swithered over...

I don't have the 16 minute version of "Joy" so probably worth £2...

Meanwhile, David Bowie's birthday today and I bought his new LP - which is very good indeed...

I also bought this, thinking of The National though rather than Grand National - it is "no bad" despite this £2 faux pas...

This for £2 spurred an online order of very reasonably priced early back catalogue items by Monsieur Jarre...

...while this was a fave back in the mid 80's on vinyl - it is not as good as remembered but, for less than the cost of a cup of coffee these days, still worth the outlay...

Then, back home, this had arrived, purchased for a couple of quid purely for the "European Edition bonus track"...

An evening of listening to the new Bowie album and realising I need to do more work on yesterday's podcast before it can be published...
