The specmeister...

Playlist
Cloudland Blue Quartet - Four Last Things

More work this morning remixing and rejigging the proposed new CBQ album...

For the rest of the day, listening back - which takes a while...

A sunny day...

At lunchtime, still listening as I walked down to Stockbridge...

No purchases...

In the evening, a tasty dinner at Browns in George St with chums Gaz, Lodger, Kev and Mr Heggie amongst others...

Then, a walk along said George St...

...to the Assembly rooms...

...for Fred McAuley's stand up show...

...which was "not bad" - few if any belly laughs involved - perhaps if he'd baited the "yes" voters in the front row a bit more it would have been funnier...

Drinks afterwards...

Then, to St Andrew square for more of the same...

As dusk fell...

Made my way home...

...catching an Airport Bus at Waverley Bridge...

...and walking up the hill...

Two episodes of "Person of Interest" concluded the current series and set things up nicely for the next...

Consequently, no time to sample these arrivals - Fee Waybill of The Tubes' second album - hard to find these days...

A solo piano disc of crossover classical/jazz by Joachim Kuhn...

...and yet another Gerhard Richter book - the guide (in German) from a 2010 exhibition in Dresden...

Off to bed, having worn each of these at some point today...

The specmeister...

Highlight of the Day : A wee night out...
