WFW part 362...

Playlist
Cloudland Blue Quartet – Apples (Reworked)

A busy day...

Up early and reworked the "Apples" disc - a compilation of three tracks each from the eight CBQ albums which preceed "Starlightnight"...

Some judicious editing was required to ensure all 24 tracks fit onto a single dicsc...

At 10:45, off out with Annie uptown...

On the way down for the bus, we carried out some experiments which indicate that Anne walks 8% faster than I do...

I have the gait of David Suchet's "Hercule Poirot"....

Alighting at the West End, we walked through the Grassmarket to the Music Library and I returned the the two Genesis Box Sets and other discs borrowed three weeks ago...

I wasn't intending borrowing anything else but they now had a third Genesis Box - the one containing the remasters and extra content re the Peter Gabriel era...

Taken...

Outside, the skies were stormy, or sunny, depending on where you looked...

Scotland awaits the Olympics too...

Lunch at Wildfire - very nice indeed and a cheeky wee Portuguese Red accompanied our meal...

Then, to Le Divin for coffee...

...before we said our farewells around 3:30 and I met up with various chums for Kris-with-a-K's stag night...

While a good time was had, sad to say, your correspondent was rather the worse for wear by the time Annie's Taxi's were called around 10pm...

Nine and half hours since my first drink of the day...

Not good as the beast stalked Stockbridge...

Home and straight to bed...

Highlight of ther day : A lovely lunch with the Exec Producer...
