Listening to my own music early today, thinking maybe I should go back to it...

Spent some time updating Pam’s friends and workmates on what’s been happening over the last couple of weeks...

A call from my sister in the early evening – her full body scan is scheduled for Monday – today she had the special dye put into her body in preparation...

I just hope this finally solves the mystery of the source of the secondary infection...

Then, Anne was off out to a party with Lynn, organised by a couple of the Zumba boys who lead some of the classes they attend – and I was playing taxi...

I spent much of the evening updating the last week of this drivel....

...whilst listening to recent acquisitions...

Watched Roxy Music on Musikladen over the years from 1972 through to 1974 - interesting but i prefer the studio albums...

At 1am, on the way back to the party venue I listened to their 2001 live CD - much better...

A good night for Anne and Lynne - around 300 Zumbafied ladies with just two men, both gay...

Everyone had a blast...

To bed around 1:40 with the mighty Yes in the cans...

Oh and a big Happy Birthday to the Coop - 63 today and still rockin'...

Highlight of the Day : Speaking with Pam...
