"Michael Portillo Discovers Portugal" (or something like that) sent me on a journey that ended up with me downloading soemm33 LPs of far out jazz...

Here's how it happened...

Portillo was in Coimbra, experiencing the Fado experience...

This led me to search for anything new by my Portuguese faves, Madredeus...

Nothing found, however, on researching the last singer in the group, Beatrice Nunez, I found, via her Wiki page, a collaboration on one track of an LP...

It was on this label, Clean Feed, based in Lisbon but featuring stellar musicians from all around the world, not just Portugal, and in all different combinations, across almost 400 LPs, all available via Bandcamp...

Very much worthy of your listening time...
