Sunday...

The beast was about...

...slightly before the sun...

The EP has been writing Xmas cards...

The beast has been shaving its face and head...

Out to do shopping for us (the EP) and my mum (me), then, to Stockbridge, on a lovely morning, for breakfast...

...at Patisserie Florentin...

My eggs and toast look peely wally but were very tasty - Anne's bacon roll was huge...

Then, for a stroll through the village within the city...

...and, in my fave charity shop in town, Shelter, two items enticed (unlike yesterday's zero enticement)...

I do like a bit of Norah Jones...

...and took a chance on this hitherto unknown entity...

Back home, both turned out to be good...

Oh and I picked up the book of Mozart's letters in the book dept of the same outlet...

Amazing to read the words of the maestro...

An early afternoon treat comprised half an apricot tart each, from the market this morning...

I do like an apricot tart...

we finished off the two seasons of "Great News" - yet another good show we've watched the entire output of during "The Pandemic"...

No time to fire these up today...

Instead, out to my mum's...

She has been wiring into her advent calendar...

A further six bars of chocolate and two bags of fruit pastilles were amongst her shopping today...

No wonder her teeth are about to be removed!

"Say what now??"

A new Twitter poll today re what she should watch tonight...

Unlike last time and the Shepherd's Pie for tea fiasco, she agreed with democracy (cos it was what she was going to watch anyway)...

Home in time for "Doctor Who"'s reasonable conclusion with the New Year's Day Special now on the horizon...

I get the feeling we might have watched something else but it's two days ago now so, you know...

Weekend over (again)...

Highlight of the Day : Stockbridge...
