A Saturday spent at home...

Scenes...

Podcasting - when you get up at 5:30 on a Saturday morning to finish recording your podcast and are an hour into the task when the software crashes and deletes the hour of work you’ve done and then won’t seem to open up again....

That...

Not enjoyable...

Two hours on from commencing recording the second half of the podcast, after much rebooting etc etc, I was back to where I was at 5:26….

Very annoying…

This week's programme, all in all, took around 5.5 hours this morning, on top of 2.5 hours last night...

Once it was finally up, some relaxing...

Then, possibly the best "A Christmas Carol", even surpassing the Patrick Stewart version (sacrilege I hear you cry) - saved in the Tivo from 2 years ago and finally watched - 3 episodes in one go...

Enjoyed in the company of Fang...

Later, enjoying a record bought in late 1974...

This evening the final of "Strictly" as three months of the show culminated in a win for our favourite, Rose Ayling-Ellis...

All the more amazing for the fact that she is deaf and cannot hear the music to which she was dancing...

Very well deserved indeed...

As I write this, it's Boxing Day morning so, I cannot recall what else was watched or done...

Such is the cures of the diarist...

Not to worry...

No, wait, I honed my albums of 2021 down to this top 150...

Did I say it's been a good year for music?

Highlight of the Day : Finally getting the podcast out (Soft Cell "Frustration")...
