Ten years ago this morning, we took a call from the hospice at around 4:30 in the morning to say sister Pam had slipped away...

This is not the best pic of her, however, it was the one she had of herself on her desk at work...

It now graces my own desk, between the Beast and the EP.......

A day of sadness was in store but, also, of course, some good memories...

Scenes first thing...

News this morning that Kitty has passed her driving test...

I look forward to some lifts accompanied by "Dead Babies" from Alice Cooper's "Killer"...

Regular readers will realise the significance of this track to me and Kits...

This evening, out to see my mum...

A fraught journey due to rush hour traffic, to pic up a "celebratory" Indian from Radhuni for us...

My mum is finally realising that a Korma is actually a curry...

We reminisced about her youngest child, my wee sister...

Mum, understandably, spent a considerable time this evening, shedding tears...

But I managed a few pics during some laughs we had too...

Pam used to take our mum on holiday...

She was indeed, a trooper...

Home through light traffic...

Edward Spark advised the release tomorrow of the remix I did a while back of his tune "The Curse" - coincidentally, an alternative mix will close out the weekend's podcast...

Some relaxing late on...

As you do...

Highlight of the Day : Remembering...
