Up...

...and, under these skies...

...three classical podcasts recorded for future publication - I am way behind on these...

Work too on compiling the tracklistings for a further 16 or so still to be recorded to get things up to date...

All of which was more enjoyable than it sounds...

Also further work done on the files for the German project...

The joiner arrived and did some very quick work - in fact an even better job than two days ago, the plumber's error having allowed Anne to rethink certain aspects of the job, in her capacity as project manager of the project while your correspondent stands at his computer making up stupid lists...

And other stupid stuff...

Such as sourcing all the tracks for yesterday's non CD CD package from the internet, downloading said tracks and burning them to a CD to be housed in the sleeve which he was allowed to retain despite having been reimbursed in full for his outlay...

Result...

This is a very good album...

As is this, which was played and photographed to (stupidly) garner likes on the Twitter due to the hashtag "#Vinyl"...

As the record was coming to an end, Anne came into the room and asked if I'd just put the turntable there...

It's been there for 10 days...

Lynn arrived with some very tasty indeed home baking...

Here are the ladies, behind yesterday's used pic of a new CD, which was actually taken today...

They are thinking about something or other - probably why I take pictures of CDs...

Work continued in the bathroom and, by around four, the new shower was in place and will be ready for use tomorrow...

Hallelujah...

I started to prep tonight's tea - fillets of fish on a bed of roasted vegetables...

...but, before that, a new wee visitor arrived...

Chum Gillian and her husband Olly are off to the USA for just over two weeks and, back in March, on a drunken night out, I agreed that we would look after her cat, Luna...

Here she is...

then a visit from new neighbours to have a look at our front door to see if they might like a similar one...

And so, with Luna arrived and bon voyage having been said to her parents and neighbourly visitors, it was into the kitchen for Mr CBQ...

Potatoes boiled, onions sauteed, other items prepped...

Potatoes in...

...onions, courgette, tomatoes and fish fillets added...

...lemon and fish stock added and into the oven for 20 minutes...

Timing the veg was probably the most stressful part...

The results were passable, surprisingly edible (given I'd cooked it) but perhaps lacking in some not in the actual recipe spiciness, which might have been applied in an Executive Producer stylee - if only I had the culinary nous of the Exec Producer that is...

Not to worry...

Next time...

Meanwhile, Luna was settling in nicely...

She does have an alarmingly startled look about her sometimes though...

She's seems a delight compared to other mischievous cats who have recently holidayed with us - well, not so much the quiet and unassuming Mia but that loveable rascal, the Nico monkey...

Luna helped me record tomorrow's podcast...

..and offered to join the band on keyboards...

...before just settling on looking out the window...

Podcast finished off and prepped for tomorrow...

Some listening and off to bed...

And the antibiotics and cream seem to be working re what was quite a worryingly inflamed leg just a few days ago...

Which is good...

Lights out...
