Luna was helping in the kitchen again this morning as 1970 continued to soundtrack...

At lunchtime, along to Dalry and a cheeky wee Suzi Quatro collection acquired for £1.49...

Got most of the tracks on another comp from a few years later but the extra ones on this made it a reasonable outlay...

And this for £1.99 - three CDs of top notch funkiness, most of which I don't already have, so a good find...

Luna was waiting to hear some funk when i arrived home...

"Funk please", she seemed to be saying...

...but soon forgot that and looked out the front window instead...

Behind the door - more music - a 3 CD set by John Cage...

The album "Indeterminacy" was what I was looking for on this - it features him telling stories over some random electronic and piano nonsense - his voice is like a slightly sped up Vincent Price...

Some chat on Twitter about record collections...

This is all that's left of mine (plus some boxes of 7" singles in the attic)...

However, this has been built up since going over to CD in 1985...

Anne and Luna were not interested in my CD collection as funk entertained your correspondent......

A good result on the fitness front this evening, hitting a point better than that post the great emergency life saving gallbladder op of 2015...

Here is my celebratory face...

No, wait, here it is...

Luna popped up to join the party...

And, a further two cassettes were uploaded for Germany re the Box Set....

It's all go at Crispycat Towers I tells ya.....

Highlight of the Day : New high achieved....
