Up with the proverbial larks....

As was Nico...

He can be very annoying but you can't help but like him...

The beast was about its business on a Saturday which somehow felt like a Sunday...

Podcast uploaded and this brought up to date (apart from the six remaining entries re the German trip!), before heading out to Helen the Podiatrist - she confirmed my injured toe from my first game back at the footie will be subject to a falling off nail at some point...

Owyah!

BAck home post a trip to the grocery store and breakfast enjoyed...

In the afternoon, out looking for a blind for the soon to be new bathroom - nothing enticed - and on to my mum's for an hour or so of chat and coffee...

Back home, while Anne cooked and to the sound of some funky music bought three years ago today, a visit from Fang the black cat - annoyed not to be able to get in for any goodies due to the usurpers...

Off he went to source goodies from elsewhere...

Piri Piri chicken...

Anne has almost finished her painting...

I listened to some music (for a change)...

...discovering, purely by chance, that I actually like Cassandra Wilson...

On checking my diary, I found that on this day 45 years ago, I purchased Cockney Rebel's 2nd LP, "The Psychomodo" - with a token received for having maintained a diary on my then just returned from school trip to Konigssee...

It remains a fave to this day...

Consequently, to bed with the live version in the cans...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Relaxing...
