Up early again...

...today to sort out the music on my machines - over the last week both my phone and one of my iPods have inexplicably wiped every note of music from their hard drives...

Extremely annoying...

Mid morning, due to pain and difficulty in breathing after Sunday's fall, popped to the minor injuries unit at the Western...

A very nice nurse checked me over...

Blood pressure etc completely normal...

Bruised ribs diagnosed, as the pain is not concentrated in one spot...

It may take some time to return to normal - meantime, I am to take strong painkillers to mask the pain and assist me in being, what passes for me as, "normal"...

While these very strong painkillers now do indeed are mask the pain, they also seem to make me a wee bit doolally...

Today is the 60th birthday of childhood chum, Roderick John MacRae - I did not get round to wishing him a happy birthday...

This evening a nice pic of niece Kitty, ready for her class's Xmas Ball...

Accordingly, today's artwork is "Kitty, Prom and Tree"...

Highlight of the Day : The masking of the pain...
