Slapp Happy - Casablanca Moon

A walk along to Dalry at lunchtime and a look through the shops. under the watchful eye of who knows exactly.....

I trawl through hundreds of CDs finding just one worth buying and even that's only because it's £1.99...

I bought Slapp Happy's 7" single "Casablanca Moon" in 1974, probably on the strength of it being on Virgin.  A bit of a quirky item...

Now I own that track, its B side and quite a few others...

1st listen elicited a "hmmm"...

A couple of episodes of "Supernatural" enjoyed in Anne's absence and I kept her up to date with France beating Germany in the Euros - despite the Germans totally dominating the game from start to finish...

But 70% possession is no use if you can't score...

Oh well, just as well it's only a game and matters not a jot...

A nice welcome home arrangement in the garden for the Exec Producer...

...was followed by a reasonable "Question Time" - George Galloway is always entertaining - and "This Week"...

Weird that no politician has the balls to stand up and say "the referendum was merely advisory, it's result is duly noted but we won't be leaving the European Union because it's going to competely screw the UK's economy"...

Democracy eh?

Highlight of the Day : Late night coffee in the garden...
