The podcast out into the world for the 28th week this year...

A new discovery enjoyed today, first and last thing, Rangda, stumbled across while trying to research musical directions in which a possible new musicking venture with the brother of Dr Prog might venture...

Turns out they were playing tonight at Summerhall...

A call to Dr Prog to see if he'd like to pop along - negative was the answer, so I also passed, and listened to the music at home - in comfort, without any idiots around me...

Not the same though really...

A conundrum...

Anyway, on the strength of our having been in touch, we will attend John McLaughlin's performance on Saturday night...

And might fit in a classical offering beforehand too...

We'll see...

A reasonable amount of telly watched tonight - including a bit of "Celebrity Masterchef" which was quite funny - as were "New Girl" and "Mock the Week"...

"Newsnight" also taken in - great watching it on BBC HD as the awful "Newsnight Scotland" is nowhere to be seen...

"This Week" ended the day with news coming in of another horrendous attack on French soil...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Listening to a new discovery...
