The views from the front office this morning...

...and from the back office...

At lunchtime, a walk...

...to Fopp - two purchases...

At five, my fourth walk home of the week...

The beast was struggling to see through prescription sunglasses with a slightly wrong prescription for his almost sixty year old faltering eyes...

Roseburn at 25 mins, 45 mins from home by foot...

The strange hotel...

The beast reflected I...

Jane's, Bobby's, Anne's mum's

Someone's been to the zoo...

Murrayfield Hospital - scene of my first shoulder op, nine years ago...

The beast reflected II...

The rabbits were out again near the zoo, 20 minutes from home...

The beast reflected III...

I stopped at the bottom of the steep climb up Crispycat Hill around 12 minutes from home...

..and took the 26 to the terminus...

Items noted on the descent to Crispycat Towers...

Home in 85 minutes (time having been added on by the wait for the bus and the journey the long way up the hill without using my feet)...

Anne had purchased a machine...

..and duly impressed me with its capabilities, justifying the outlay...

Then, she was off out for a meal with her mum and Jane and her aunt Nan, down from Aberdeen way...

Meanwhile, I cooked...

...some tasty spaghetti...

Not as good as Anne's of course...

An episode of "Supernatural" - I still have another 13 on the Tivo for solo viewing...

Listening to today's purchases...

Taxi duties around 10 thirty...

More listening and surfing, as Anne watched the final of Masterchef - apparently a Pussycatdoll won...

Sack hit with Uriah Heep...

Highlight of the Day : Cookin' and relaxin'...
