Girls Aloud - Solo Singles Collection

Up just after four and out into the dark to pick up Lynn and take her and Anne to the Airport for their flight to Rome...

To Tesco for milk and some other stuff...

It was not busy...

45 minutes later I emerged...

This is what happens if you go to Tesco at 5 in the morning - I do like Girls Aloud though...

Acquired for just one of your English pounds - while this was one and a quarter pounds - around half of the 60 tracks are ok...

Home and logging on just after 6...

Compiled a Girls Aloud solo singles playlist - dominated by Cheryl of course...

Also amended all Various Artist multi disc sets to one entry each in iTunes using the "disc 1, disc 2 etc" facility...

Meanwhile, in the garden, a large pigeon seems to have been watching the squirrel and learning...

Ran through four sets of songs on the acoustic guitar - thirty three songs in total...

Sounded not too bad to these ears - which means nothing of course...

Out to Ikea for a look around re possible further furniture/storage solutions for the back room...

Then, to my mum's for the weekly coffee and chat...

Meanwhile Inverness put paid to Celtic's hopes of a treble this season with a 3-2 win in extra time - so the cup final will be Falkirk v Inverness...

Back home and into the loft, where I thought about doing some tidying but did not...

A goodly time was spent ripping Udo Lindenberg CDs which were previously missing from the hard drives...

Watched this week's "Agents of Shield"...

Cooked a tasty Quorn mince based Spaghetti Bolognese...

Then back to the back room and set up the electric guitar and experimented with interspersing the acoustic songs with soundscapes...

Again, sounded not too bad to these ears - which means nothing of course...

Bought some very inexpensive classical CDs online...

Football highlights with the sound down and then writing this up brought the weekend to an end...

Highlight of the Day : Playing songs...
