A disc of Tippett's piano sonatas was ordered for just over two squid including postage...
The beast etc...
Clear blue skies this evening...
..and the brief flowering of a plant, the name of which the EP will no doubt remind me when she reads this, was recorded...
Meanwhile, a carpet has been laid...
...and is looking splendid...
I am thinking it will need not to have all my clutter ruining it and so my post decoration input will need to be kept to a minimum...
On TV, a poignant "Big Bang" with the death of Howard's mother...
Nice in the early evening to relax on the settee in the back room listening to Yes' "Fragile" with no distractions...
Later on, recording the fourth of seven planned April podcasts - with two and three still to be uploaded into the void, this latest is prog-based...
And some initial planning for a trip back to Canada in the Autumn...

Strippy carpets seem to be the in thing just now. You're right on trend.
We just managed and no more to secure a further supply of this, having had it installed in our own bedroom a few years ago. Ahead of the times perhaps?
