Up early and not really doing anything...

Except finding out I've downloaded or "created" around 250 new albums so far this year - on top of the 250 or so physical items which have joined the queue to fill a skip on my demise...

Out for breakfast to the Coffee Bean...

Then, for some light bulbs...

Greeted by bees on our return, enjoying the last of the plants...

Some tidying....

To Roseburn and a walk along the Water of Leith...

...to the Cathedral...

...for a recital by French pianist Louise Cournarie, who played pieces by Bach, Schubert and Medtner quite perfectly and beautifully...

She advised the piano is like a horse - perhaps something lost in translation...

Back along the water...

...and home for coffee and fruit and the excellent French film about typing (yes, typing), "Populaire"...

Tidying finalised as Anne zumba'd...

...and a new wee cat was spotted in the neighbourhood...

Later on some tasty sea bass with potatoes and runner beans and "University Challenge" and the return of "New Tricks"...

Hokum...

Updated this and listened to more stuff before retiring...

Highlight of the Day : Piano recital...
