This morning, a recently undertaken escape attempt by a flower was recorded...

A lunch with some ladies, chums Margaret, Fiona, Lindsay and Pamela, was enjoyed in Stockbridge...

The location was a popular steak and burger house...

Your correspondent, until a few weeks ago, would probably have partaken of some kind of burger with various toppings, a goodly amount of the fries of France and, possibly, some onion rings - there may even have been a starter and a pudding...

Today I enjoyed a grilled trout - with a few french fries...

Very good indeed...

In the evening, some adding of missing albums to iTunes - including quite a few albums by The Beatles - whose music I like, not particularly because it's any good, rather because it evokes a certain time - a time about which I have few of my own memories, because I was so young...

On her return from Zumba, the Exec Producer conjured up a fiery seafood tagliatelle...

Yum factor 10...

Outside, a wee chum was spotted - Mr Rory Custard - six years on to the day from his first mention here...

He is a cheeky wee monkey...

No footie tonight, instead another implausible episode of "CSI"...

Lights out with Harold Land...

Highlight of the Day : The culinary skills of the Exec Producer and sticking to the fish...
