If you take it outside, take it right outside...

Playlist
Various - Weekly Playlist No 28
Yes - Keys to Ascension
Yes - Going for the One
Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick

Up early and finished off this week's podcast- just to be edited together and notes written - up tomorrow morning...

Out and down the road with some good sights...

Meanwhile, back home, the Exec Producer was recording a returning cheeky visitor...

Ten CDs purchased at just 1p each (ok plus £1.26 each P&P)...

In the evening out with the EP - initially to Artisan Roast coffee shop on Broughton St...

...where this free paper (along with the latest edition of chum Ian Sclater's Art Mag) was much admired...

You can see it here - although it does take a wee while to load up...

A great idea - 26 artworks on 28 pages, with some notes...

We met up with chums Ken and Rose at Mathers for pre dinner drink...

I will not be partaking of Mathers' "hospitality" again, after the barman objected to my shutting the front door to keep out the cigarette smoke from disrespectful punters choosing to smoke in the doorway, said barman advising it was "roasting up the back" - I suggest the bar invests in some air conditioning or points out to the smokers that they ought to remove themselves to well away from the door before exercising their outmoded, unhealthy habit...

In Canada there is not only a smoking ban but, if you exit premises to smoke, you have to, by law, move a good distance away from the premises before lighting up...

On to The Magnum for dinner...

Good chat and good food - your correspondent was once again on the sparkling water and enjoyed a tasty Cullen Skink - all four diners had venison steak for main - no puddings...

Last train home for K&R...

As we made our way back to Crispycat Towers, we took a convoluted route due to roadworks and happened across Alan and Penny making their way to Castle Brodski from what seemed a rather "enjoyable" evening at the Murrayfield Hotel...

A short chat ensued, before we continued home to catch up on stuff whilst listening to the today delivered copy of Jethro Tull's "Thick as a Brick"...

Progtastic...

Lights out...

Highlight of the Day : Night out with chums...
