A tasty Indian at lunchtime with chums Margaret, Fiona and Pam – so, no tea required...
A call from an-already-in-Glasgow Dr Prog invited me over to see Roger Daltrey – a spare ticket due to the Doc’s brother being under the weather – alas the notice was too late...
Meanwhile, Anne is babysitting Rory Custard, our neighbour’s cat...
Lovely boy...
A wee squirrel spotted on the way home from Rory's house - can you see it as it heads off into the distance?
Spent most of the evening burning some albums downloaded a while ago, whilst continuing to look for new stuff...
I need to do another wee podcast I think to play some of the new music I’ve been discovering...
Having forgone a Who related evening, I discovered a superb rocking Spanish band from Bilbao by the name of Quaoar – so Dutch Uncles last night and Quaoar tonight...
Elsewhere, we enjoyed the Tivo’d Lee Mack Saturday Night vehicle which featured Alice Cooper – he’s getting coverage all over the place these days – which I don’t mind given I’ve been a fan since around this time in 1972 – ulp, thirty nine years!
1972...
...2011...
Brilliant...
The great Glen Buxton on guitar in 1972 - and Johnny Depp on guitar in 2011...
Highlight of the Day : Tasty food, tasty music...

I've spent all day trying to spot the pessky squirrel in your photo.
It's running away along the top of the metal fence with its tail pointing towards us...

Sorry to have wasted your day!!
