"Rizzoli & Isles" at lunchtime - of course I fell asleep with 9 minutes to go and missed the denouement - so, when Anne went off to Pickleball, I rewatched to find out who did it...
...and why...
A convoluted tale re a prescription pick up for Annie post Pickleball involved a lift to the pharmacy in Corstorphine from Lynn - then, a bus along to the surgery, as there was no sign of the prescription at the chemist - only to be told it had been sent to the wrong chemist...
At this point, having just finished the podcast and uploaded it, I drove to pick Anne up and take her to Chemist No 2 - the prescription was indeed there but could not be filled, as Chemist No 1 was shown on the script...
And so, a further drive back to Chemist No 1...
The 10 minute wait for the script to be filled, was itself filled by a walk to the Co-Op and the purchase of some scone treats...
Tablets collected and home for a coffee and a scone...
Anne commenced the prep of tonight's chili, while I listened back to the first 20 mins of the podcast...
Then, "Avengers: Endgame" commenced...
During its three hour duration, regular chili checks were made...
The film was open to myriad nit-picking but, in the main, we refrained and, in the end, it turned out to be an enjoyable romp, if tinged with an element of sadness...
Anyway, then it was chili time...
...to which I added, erm, chilis...
Post this, the remainder of the podcast checked and all fine...
More coffee and finished the scones...
Just before bedtime, listening to four tracks sent over from Sparky re his proposed ambient LP...
As you would expect, impressive indeed and bodes well for the actual thing...
Bed post midnight...
